Bournemouth v Everton

Off to a flier and thanks for the messages Ron forwarded to me.

This got a little nasty last year with 2 players sent off. Plenty of goals though as it ended 2-2. These 2 sides have met 8 times in the top league and there have been 31 goals so last years total of 4 was about average.
Everton cannot score a goal away from home right now for toffee. In the last 5 games on the road they haven’t scored a single goal. The home team are hardly on a roll themselves and have lost the last 2 games and have won only 1 of their last 8 at home.
Everton will be hoping their manager can keep his hoodoo over Bournemouth going because the teams he has managed against Bournemouth have never lost to them and he’s won 3 of the 4.
So if he doesn’t lose to Bournemouth and Bournemouth don’t lose to Everton at home, it looks like another draw.
Only Liverpool and City have kept more clean sheets that Everton since the start of the 2018/2019 season so I don’t see quite the usual goals a game average between these 2 teams being kept up here.
Bournemouth have scored in all 4 league games so far this season, and at the moment I feel Everton sitting 8thin the league flatters them, as they struggled to beat Wolves at home, lost to Villa away and could only draw 0-0 at Palace. Those 3 teams are no great shakes and I think Bournemouth have had the tougher teams to play early as they’ve been stuffed at Leicester, played City but beat Villa at their place, something Everton couldn’t do.
A bit trickier than that game yesterday because one stat counters another in places  but I think Bournemouth might sneak this.

HOME WIN @ 19/10

2-0 @ 18/1

2-1 @ 11/1
