Winners @ 22/1, 5/1, 4/1, 15/8 from six Rated races yesterday!

Badger Day marks the start of my “core” season and I look to make a good start to my season of punting, if possible.

Obviously, I want to be betting the winner of the Wincanton big race and, I did. In my top three rated and advised as a Market Mover to my membership, I was on and it made for a brilliant beginning to what looks a great season of NH racing.

I do not provide Ratings for Aintree and so it was also down to Kelso to produce my profit.

I have four Rated races from that track and we saw two top rated winners 4/1 & 15/8, with UBALTIQUE sitting second best on my figures in the 2-30pm event, and winning @ 22/1….a lovely winner in the dutch.

A brilliant start to the new season and I was more than happy with it.

The PICK5 competition kicked off, too and the only runner yesterday from the 50 members had to pick from, won. I’ll be updating these through the week and the first league table will go live on Monday 18th November.

Today three in the competition go racing:

SANTINI is the horse I posted up as the most likely winner of last seasons RSA Chase, and I’m convinced he would have done without all the problems he had in the run up to the race. He is a live Cheltenham horse this season and today we’ll see what we have to look forward too with him.

It is far to early to say how well or otherwise those good horses RESERVE TANK and FUSIL RAFFLES perfumed yesterday but they can only improve. For me, so far, the best two novice performances have come from CHAMP and BATTLEOVERDOYEN. Both look Cheltenham bound in March.

You have until the end of this month to get involved.

I am looking to raise £20,000 for horse racing related charities before the end of February, using the Post Racing Specials as the vehicle to do it.

Usually I set aside a percentage of the subscription fees for my Specials, for charitable donation but in 2020 and every tear after, all monies will be used to give to these charities.

I have purchased two shares in Willie’s Racing Club. One will be used to take my members racing with Wille, the other will be used annually, as the prize.

Each year someone will win this share for a year. It is worth a lot of money!

Now, I do not really want to see a single penny of your donations. On the website….click here to get involved….is a page set up for donating.

If you want us to take responsibility for dividing the donation four ways, between the four charities, I’m happy to do so….in which case simply click on “Sign up!” under your preferred option.

I would much prefer it though if you scrolled down a bit, selected your favourite from the four listed, then hit the red DONATE link.

That will take you directly to the donation page of the charity. Here you can make your donation and, if you are a tax payer, add Gift Aid, which increases the donation further.

Remember, you will need to forward your receipt for your donation to me at

Once we have that, we will enter you into the databases for the Specials.

I will then set about making sure you receive betting information that sees you recoup that donation….and more.

Yesterday I sent out the name of a horse that I felt would win…it did….@ 4/5

Now you might scoff at that….”anyone could have picked that!”….they could, but you’ll see many such horses beaten (MCFABULOUS was beaten @ 3/10 a couple of days ago).

If I can find you such a winner each day, then over the course of a year, to a level £10 stake, you would make a profit of £2920

All f a sudden, backing such horses takes on a whole different complexion, doesn’t it. Obviously, they will not all win but lets say 50% do….profit of over a grand will be achieved

The selection today would be:

ANDY DUFRESNE (Navan 1-35)

I will look to do this daily for you….subscribed, or not….but I want you to reciprocate by getting involved in these initiatives, please.

Remember, you have until midnight November 30th to subscribe to The Specials and be in the draw for this prize.

Best of luck today!
